Getting My Clean On

Anyone who knows me would tell you that I'm proud of my calloused hands and bruised legs. I love these little badges of strength (and sometimes badges of clumsiness). Today we did a CrossFit WOD, and I earned a red patch on my chest from cleans and racking shoulder presses.
