You're Training If...

1. The backseat of your car is littered with bottles of water. Taking that extra step to take them to the recycle bin takes time away from that extra rep.



2. Your gym bag is your pilot driver, along with your 3lb tub of protein powder. Knowing its nearby provides a weird sense of comfort and direction (to where you need to be -- in the gym!).


3. Your cupholders keep your BPA-free Shakers with Blender Balls cozy. Recently I upped my count to two for convenience. Being able to rinse out shakers in between uses is a luxury, so being able to switch from Evogen to IsoWhey with one shaker along with constantly driving for work was not manageable.


...or is it just me :)
