Easy No-Fail Fluffy Egg Whites

One clean food that I love are egg whites. Until recently, my usual cooking technique is to scramble them or hard boil them. Two weeks ago, I came across a how-to video on how to make McDonald's Egg McMuffin eggs. Since learning this egg cooking technique, it's been my technique of choice for no-fail fluffy egg whites AND I finally get to use the egg fry rings that I got last year.

Here's a quick how-to on these egg whites:

1. Gather your eggs, non-stick spray, and the egg fry rings. Usually I have three egg whites as part of my breakfast meal.  

2. Spray the pan and rings with non-stick spray and heat up the pan to medium-high or high heat.

3. Fill up the rings about halfway with egg whites. Best part is you don't need to beat the egg whites before you pour them into the rings. 

4. Pour in 1/4-1/2 cup of water around the egg fry rings and cover with a lid. The steam will fluff up the egg whites. This will take about 3-4 minutes.

Eggs will look somewhat like this when they are done cooking.

They look even better plated and taste awesome with salsa, black pepper, or Tapatio.

Egg whites are about 13 calories each with approximately 3 grams of protein and no fat or cholesterol. They are easy to cook for any meal.
